Delivery Method
Your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and will include a tracking number for your convenience. The package will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once USPS marks the package as "DELIVERED" on their website, this serves as official delivery confirmation, and COCOJOJO’s responsibility for the shipment concludes at that point.

When you place an order with Everyday Beauty, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order is shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to you. Lost or Stolen Packages
In the rare instance that your package is lost or stolen after being marked as "DELIVERED," we encourage you to contact USPS directly to file a claim.
