Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain items, such as sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your product back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or another item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at info@everydaybeauty.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will confirm availability and provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and receive your new one.

3. Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item. We will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item back to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@everydaybeauty.shop with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if a replacement is not available.
